Last updated July 4, 2026. This policy explains what V3ME collects, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, use V3ME, contact us, or send feedback. This can include your name, email address, workout logs, movements, bands, reps, rest timers, notes, body metrics, progress photos, templates, bug reports, feature ideas, survey responses, and support messages.
We also collect basic technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location derived from network data, cookies or local storage identifiers, diagnostics, and session activity. We use PostHog and similar product analytics tools to understand how V3ME is used and where the product needs improvement.
We use your information to provide and improve V3ME, save and sync your training history, personalize your account, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, measure feature adoption, prevent abuse, send product and account communications, and manage billing or subscriptions.
V3ME is a workout tracking tool, not a medical provider. Any workout, body metric, photo, or progress data you add is used to operate the product and help you review your training. Do not use V3ME as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment details according to its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate V3ME, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, support, security, payment, and error monitoring providers; when required by law; to protect V3ME, our users, or others; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
V3ME uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, understand product usage, and improve marketing and onboarding. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if they are disabled.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide V3ME, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups or security records. You can ask us to delete your account or request help with your data by emailing [email protected].
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
V3ME is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to V3ME, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may update this policy as V3ME changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or by email.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to [email protected].
